Multiple casualties after twin explosions rock a cathedral in Sulu, Philippines

The military has confirmed there are multiple casualties after two explosions detonated inside the Mount Carmel Cathedral in Julu, Philippines, on Sunday morning. There are reports of dozens wounded, including civilians and soldiers.
